Annual Convention

Registration is open! Join OPW for the Annual Convention on May 1-3, 2026 at Suncadia Resort. Convention will offer 12 hours of in-person CE (10 hours of lecture + 2 hours of optional labs), industry networking at the Exhibit Hall, membership meetings, a chance to win the OPW sweepstakes, and recognition of outstanding ODs at the Awards Ceremony. We’ll also come together to celebrate the profession at the Member Appreciation Party (MAP), showcasing this year’s derby-inspired theme: Vision That Goes the Distance.

All reservations for this room block must be made prior to the end of day on Thursday, April 9, 2026. Any reservations requested after this date will be subject to hotel availability for both room type and rate.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation requests for the Convention must be emailed to opw@eyes.org no later than Friday, April 17, 2026, to receive a full refund minus a $25 administration fee. No cancellations will be granted after this date.
